We have made it very quick and easy to get an estimate for a Home Inspection, to do so you only need to enter the “Heated Square Footage” the "Foundation Type" and select a date and time using the date selector. Your estimated cost for a Home Inspection will be displayed at the bottom of the form.

You will then receive a conformation email
I will use the MLS Listing and/or town data to verify the information, if any adjustments need to be made you will be notified via email.
Next a North Carolina required contract will be generated that is required to be signed before the start of the Home Inspection. You will receive this contract via email, usually within one day, online signing is available; just follow instructions when you receive the contract
If you need to cancel your appointment then you should have received a cancellation code in the Acceptance email, copy that code and paste it into the “Cancel Appointment” page and follow the on screen instructions.
